1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stylo Tailor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the App for personal or commercial business purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You may not modify or copy the App's source code or materials
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• You may not transfer, sell, or sublicense the App to others

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the App
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App (customer data, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide our services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stylo Tailor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stylo Tailor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email at least 30 days before taking effect.
